Exchange/Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 11, 2024
Because Evoluut provides digital services rather than physical goods, traditional exchanges do not apply. This policy explains how cancellations, service adjustments, and substitutions are handled.
1. No Physical Exchanges
Evoluut does not sell physical items, so product exchanges are not applicable.
2. Service Changes
If a client wishes to switch from one service package to another before work begins, Evoluut may allow the value paid to be applied toward another service, subject to approval and any difference in cost.
3. Client Cancellations Before Work Begins
If a client requests cancellation before work has started, Evoluut may, at its discretion:
- issue a partial refund
- apply the amount paid as credit toward another service
- deduct any administrative, consultation, or onboarding costs already incurred
4. Client Cancellations After Work Begins
If a service has already started, cancellation may not be eligible for a refund. Any work completed up to the cancellation date may be billed or retained as non-refundable.
5. Rescheduling
If a purchased service includes a consultation, kickoff call, or scheduled implementation session, clients may request rescheduling with reasonable notice. Evoluut reserves the right to treat repeated missed appointments or last-minute cancellations as forfeited sessions.
6. Evoluut Cancellations
If Evoluut is unable to deliver a purchased service for reasons within our control, we may offer:
- rescheduling
- service credit
- partial refund
- full refund, where appropriate
7. Custom Projects
Custom project agreements may include separate cancellation terms. Where such terms exist, those project-specific terms will take precedence.
