Delivery Policy for Digital Services

This Delivery Policy explains how Evoluut fulfills and delivers digital services purchased through our website.
1. Service Delivery Method
All Evoluut services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated. Delivery may include email communication, virtual meetings, shared files, dashboards, software configuration, website deployment, automation setup, documentation, or other digital means.
2. Onboarding After Purchase
After a successful purchase, clients will be contacted by email within 1 to 2 business days to begin onboarding, confirm requirements, and schedule the next steps.
3. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on the type of service purchased, project complexity, client responsiveness, and required materials. Any timelines provided on the website or in direct communication are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Client Requirements
Timely delivery depends on the client providing required content, approvals, access credentials, technical information, and feedback. Evoluut is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late client submissions.
5. Completion of Service
A service is considered delivered when one or more of the following occurs:
- the deliverable has been sent to the client
- the website, system, or workflow has been deployed or configured
- the consultation or implementation session has been completed
- the agreed milestone has been fulfilled
6. No Physical Shipping
Evoluut does not ship physical goods unless explicitly stated for a specific offering.
7. Communication
All service updates, delivery notices, and onboarding communications will be sent using the contact information provided by the client at checkout or during onboarding.
