This Subscription Policy explains how recurring services, billing, renewals, cancellations, and subscription-related charges are handled by Evoluut.

1. Subscription Services

Evoluut may offer certain services on a recurring subscription basis, including but not limited to:

3. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. The payment method on file will be charged automatically unless the subscription is cancelled before the next renewal date.

4. Pricing

All subscription prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Evoluut reserves the right to update subscription pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will apply to future billing cycles and, where appropriate, clients will be notified in advance.

5. Included Services

Each subscription plan includes only the services, support levels, update limits, or service hours specifically described in the selected package. Work requested outside the plan scope may be billed separately or require an upgraded subscription.

6. Client Responsibilities

To receive subscription services effectively, clients must provide any required access, account credentials, approvals, content, and timely responses. Evoluut is not responsible for service delays caused by missing information or limited access from the client.

Clients may cancel a subscription by providing written notice through the designated account area, email, or other approved method before the next billing date.
