1. Digital delivery, not physical
Evoluut delivers software and digital products. There is no physical shipping, courier, or postal element to our services. Deliverables are made available online and handed over by email, secure link, or direct deployment to your domain/hosting.
2. Website Packages — 7 business days
Our fixed-price Website Packages are delivered within 7 business days of the project officially starting. "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding Anguillan public holidays.
3. When the clock starts
Your 7-business-day timeline begins on the first business day after all three of the following have happened:
- Full payment has been received and confirmed.
- Required content (logo, page copy, photos, business details, social links, and — for Launch + Sell — product details and pricing) has been submitted through the Next Steps page.
- Any necessary access has been provided (domain DNS or registrar access, existing hosting credentials, third-party platform accounts, etc.).
If we receive everything by 5pm Anguilla time on a business day, the clock starts the next business day. If any of the three are missing or incomplete, the clock pauses until they are.
4. What's delivered
For a Website Package, "delivery" means:
- A live website at the agreed URL (either your own domain or a temporary Evoluut subdomain pending DNS setup).
- A handover guide explaining how to edit content, manage products (Launch + Sell), and request support.
- Confirmation of working contact form, WhatsApp button, social links, and Google Maps embed (Launch package).
- Confirmation of working cart, checkout, payment option setup, and order notification flow (Launch + Sell package).
- One round of revisions, completed within the 7-business-day window if feedback arrives promptly.
5. Delays from our side
If Evoluut is the cause of a delivery delay (illness, technical issue, force majeure), we will:
- Notify you within one business day of identifying the issue.
- Provide a revised delivery estimate.
- Offer a goodwill credit toward a future engagement if the delay materially exceeds the original commitment.
6. Delays from your side
If content, feedback, or access is delayed on your side, the 7-business-day clock pauses. The clock resumes the next business day after the missing item arrives. Common causes of client-side delay:
- Logo or photos not provided.
- Page copy still in draft.
- Domain or hosting access not granted.
- Revisions feedback not returned within 2 business days of the staging preview.
- Product details or pricing incomplete (Launch + Sell).
If a project sits idle for more than 90 days due to client-side delay, see the Cancellation Policy for how we handle stalled engagements.
7. Custom engagements
For custom AI software, MVPs, and bespoke web/mobile builds, delivery dates are defined in the relevant statement of work agreed between Evoluut and the client. This Delivery Policy applies to scope-management and delay-handling but the dates themselves come from your statement of work, not this page.
8. Project acceptance
You have 5 business days after delivery to review the final website and flag anything that does not match the agreed scope. If no acceptance feedback is received within 5 business days, the project is treated as accepted and final. Issues raised after acceptance are treated as new work and quoted separately.
