1. Cancellation — before payment

If you have not yet paid, there is nothing to cancel. You may walk away from a quote, conversation, or shopping cart at any time without obligation.

2. Cancellation — after payment, before work has started

You may cancel a project after payment but before work has begun (see "What counts as work started" in our Refund Policy).

To cancel, email info@evoluut.ai with the subject "Cancellation request — [your business name]" and your original transaction reference. We will:

  • Acknowledge within 2 business days.
  • Confirm your build slot is released.
  • Process a refund per the Refund Policy (package price less transaction fees and a $50 administrative fee).
Important: If we have already begun work, the project becomes non-cancellable for refund purposes. You may still stop the project, but the package price is non-refundable. See the Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation — after work has started

If you need to stop a project after work has begun:

  • Email us as soon as possible.
  • We will document where the project stands and hand over the work produced to date (designs, code, copy, configuration) in a usable format.
  • The package price remains non-refundable, per the Refund Policy.

4. Package exchange — upgrading

You may upgrade from the Launch Website Package to the Launch + Sell Website Package before work has started by paying the difference ($800 USD).

To upgrade, email us with the subject "Package upgrade — [your business name]" and we'll send a top-up invoice. Your build slot retains its position in our schedule.

Upgrades after work has begun are possible but treated as additional scope; we will quote the incremental work based on what has already been built.

5. Package exchange — downgrading

Downgrading from Launch + Sell to Launch after payment is not generally offered, because the higher package reserves more build time. If circumstances change, contact us and we will assess case by case. Any difference may be applied as credit to other Evoluut services rather than refunded.

6. Pausing a project

If you need to pause an in-flight project (e.g. you can't get content together right now, or business priorities shift):

  • Email us as soon as you know. Earlier notice gives us the most flexibility.
  • We will set your project to "on hold" and free up our schedule.
  • You can resume any time within 90 days at no additional cost.
  • After 90 days, restarting may require us to rebuild context — we will quote any reasonable re-onboarding effort before resuming.

7. Evoluut-initiated cancellation

Evoluut reserves the right to cancel a project where:

  • You materially breach the Terms and Conditions.
  • You ask us to do something illegal, unethical, or contrary to our values.
  • Required content, access, or feedback has been unreasonably delayed (more than 90 days from our last request) without communication.

If we cancel under these circumstances, refund eligibility is determined per the Refund Policy based on whether work had started.

For all cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, or pause requests, email info@evoluut.ai with:

  • Subject line clearly identifying the request type.
  • Your business name and original transaction reference.
  • The reason for the request.
